A delicious, incredibly EASY, vegan chocolate easter egg mug cake! This plant based treat oozes chocolatey goodness and is the perfect treat for your sweet tooth cravings!
- Add the coconut yoghurt, maple syrup and peanut butter to a small microwave safe mug and stir to combine.
- Add the flour, cacao powder, protein powder and baking powder and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Place the Easter egg in the middle and cover over with batter.
- Cook in the microwave for 2 mins and enjoy!
