A delicious, incredibly EASY, vegan chocolate easter egg mug cake! This plant based treat oozes chocolatey goodness and is the perfect treat for your sweet tooth cravings!


  1. Add the coconut yoghurt, maple syrup and peanut butter to a small microwave safe mug and stir to combine.
  2. Add the flour, cacao powder, protein powder and baking powder and mix until a thick batter forms.
  3. Place the Easter egg in the middle and cover over with batter.
  4. Cook in the microwave for 2 mins and enjoy!
