Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix coconut yogurt & maple syrup together
  2. Add gluten free flour, hot cross bun protein, baking powder & dried fruit. Mix together thoroughly.
  3. Add half the mixture to a ramekin, add the dairy free chocolate in the centre and cover with the remaining mixture
  4. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes
  5. Drizzle with more melted chocolate to make the cross
