| 60g | Coconut Yogurt |
| 30g | Maple Syrup |
| 20g | Gluten Free Flour |
| 20g | Macro Mike Hot Cross Bun Protein Powder |
| ½ tsp | Baking Powder |
| 10g | Dried Mixed Fruit |
| 10g | Dairy Free Chocolate |
- In a bowl, mix coconut yogurt & maple syrup together
- Add gluten free flour, hot cross bun protein, baking powder & dried fruit. Mix together thoroughly.
- Add half the mixture to a ramekin, add the dairy free chocolate in the centre and cover with the remaining mixture
- Cook in microwave for 2 minutes
- Drizzle with more melted chocolate to make the cross
