In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. *You can add in extra chocolate chunks/chips if you want it more decadent โ

Transfer the batter into a microwave-safe ramekin โ

Microwave for 90 seconds on high (1000W) or alternatively bake in oven to 180 degrees C/360 degrees F for 12-14 minutes until cooked but still slightly fudgy.โ

Decorate with melted chocolate and a sprinkle of chopped almonds โ
