¼ CupOats
1 ½ TbspMacro Mike Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein
1 TspSweetener of Choice
½ TspBaking Powder
1 TbspYoghurt of Choice
¼ CupMilk of Choice
30-50gFroze or Fresh Raspberries
10gMacro Mike Powdered Peanut Butter Sweet Original
10gRaspberry Jam (optional)
 *I use 650ml oven safe glass bowls

Nothing beats baked oats on these colder mornings! This single serve PB & J Baked Oats recipe is perfect for meal prepping too!

Steps

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180c

  2. In your individual OVEN SAFE glass bowls, mix the ingredients then add the raspberries (can mix through the batter in place on top)

  3. Top with peanut butter and jam and swirl

  4. Bake for 20-25 mins & enjoy
