These oat bars are the most delicious and easy bars to make! The perfect snack when you are craving a sweet treat!
Steps

Line a loaf tin.

Melt butter & sugar in a pan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the mixture begins to lightly bubble. Remove from the heat. Add a pinch of salt, syrup & vanilla extract, mix.

Add the oats and protein, mix again. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the tin.

To make the filling: Heat the chocolate, peanut butter and coconut milk in a microwave safe bowl for 20 second intervals until the mixture is melted.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the oat base. Sprinkle the remaining of the oat mixture over the chocolate layer. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours and cut into squares.
Keep in a fridge in a sealed container.
