Steps

In a bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the butter, sugar, vanilla and salt for a few minutes. Add the yoghurt and beat again until combined. Add the baking powders, flour, almond powder and cocoa and beat to combine.

Fold in the chopped chocolate (including the small bits!). Cover the bowl with wrap and set in the fridge 1/2 hour.

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 180•c. Prepare a pan with baking paper.

Roll cookies into balls and place them onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, let them completely cool before moving as they will be fragile.

Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy! Keep remaining in a sealed container.
