| 35g | Plain Flour (gluten free) |
| 35g | Macro Mike Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein |
| 1 tsp | Baking Powder |
| 60ml | Milk of choice |
| 10g | Butter |
| 1 Tbsp | Granulated Sweetener |
| 10g | Almond Butter (for filling) |
| 5g | Flaked Almonds + dusting of icing sugar (for topping) |

If you are a lover of almond croissant then you need to give this single serve cookie a try!
Steps

1. Combine all the dry ingredients, add in the wet ingredients, and combine until a dough forms.

Place tsp of almond spread on centre of dough and roll up.

Place flaked almonds on top and flatten a little, transition to air fryer and bake for 15min at 180C.

Let cool for a bit before dusting with icing sugar and enjoy!
