| 1 serve | Macro Mike Protein Pancake Mix |
| 3 Tbsp | Home-made Raspberry Chia Jam or store bought |
| ¼ Cup | Choc Biscuit Powdered Almond Butter |
| ½ Tbsp | Cacao or Cocoa Powder |
| 2 Tsp | Desiccated Coconut |
- Prepare 1 serve of Macro Mike Protein Pancake Mix as per pack instructions.
- Layer pancakes on a plate and spoon 1Tbsp raspberry jam between each one.
- Prepare your chocolate almond butter sauce by combining 1/4 cup Choc Biscuit Powdered Almond Butter and 1/2 Tbsp cocoa/cacao powder, and slowly add water and mix until you have a thick sauce consistency. Tip: Add 1 tsp maple syrup for a sweeter sauce.
- Pour chocolate almond butter sauce over top of pancake stack and sprinkle desiccated coconut on top.
- Devour!
