Who doesn’t love a classic Picnic bars! 🍫🥜 We love this healthier twist on the classic choccy bar!
Steps
- Slice your banana into thirds, then halves.
- Prepare your peanut layer by mixing together your peanut butter, powder peanut butter and enough water to make it a paste.
- Divide the peanut layer over the bananas.
- Dip them into peanuts or press some peanuts into the spread.
- Place the bananas on a lined baking tray and freeze for 2 hrs or until frozen.
- Coat in melted chocolate. And return to the freezer to set. Enjoy 🥰
