1 tbspPeanut butter
2 tbspMacro Mike Sweet Original Powdered Peanut Butter
15 g Peanuts, halved
80-100 gChocolate, melted

Who doesnโ€™t love a classic Picnic bars! ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฅœ We love this healthier twist on the classic choccy bar!โ 

Steps

  1. Slice your banana into thirds, then halves.ย 
  2. Prepare your peanut layer by mixing together your peanut butter, powder peanut butter and enough water to make it a paste.
  3. Divide the peanut layer over the bananas. โ 
  4. Dip them into peanuts or press some peanuts into the spread. โ 
  5. Place the bananas on a lined baking tray and freeze for 2 hrs or until frozen. โ 
  6. Coat in melted chocolate. And return to the freezer to set. Enjoy ๐Ÿฅฐย โ
