These oats are oh so creamy and taste just like dessert! Infused with our Salted Caramel Almond Protein for that extra salted caramel goodness!! Topped with a mindblowing layer of Biscoff spread and maple syrup!

Steps

  1. Add yoghurt, and maple syrup/ or honey to a bowl and mix. Add in milk and oats, protein & chia seeds , mix until combined.

  2. Let sit and thicken in the fridge for 5 minutes or so. Adjust milk if needed. The chia seeds will soak up liquid as time goes on.

  3. Divide half the oat mixture between the two. If you are a banana fan you could add some sliced between layers.

  4. Topping: Melt biscoff in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix in almond butter and maple until combined.

  5. If you want to just use one spread/butter or caramel you can, I just love this combo. Top the oats. and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

  6. Next day decorate with some sea salt if desired or cookie crumbs .

Enjoy!
