What is the difference between your powdered Nut Butters vs. traditional Nut Butters?
While traditional peanut butter and almond butter is generally very high in fat and calories, our nut butters contain 85% less fat and are lower in calories while still having a deliciously sweet taste.
How are the Nut Butters produced?
The Peanut and Almond butter powders are made using whole roasted nuts that have been roasted and ground to a fine consistency, which is then blended with quality sourced natural ingredients that results in a super low-calorie, high plant-based protein that is far less processed than most everyday nut butters.
How do I mix the Nut Butters?
We recommend adding two heaped teaspoons (12g) of the powdered nut butter to a bowl and mixing it with 2-3 tablespoons of water. However, this can be varied depending on the consistency you desire.
What can the Nut Butters be used for?
Since our nut butters come powdered, you have full control over how thick you want the spread to be. If you want it to be like peanut butter, you can do that, but if you want it to be a runny glaze over your breakfasts or desserts, you can also make that happen! You can even put a teaspoon into your shakes and smoothies for an extra flavour and protein punch!
How much Nut Butter should I make up at one time?
We recommend only making up what you plan on consuming. If you make up too much you can refrigerate it, however, we recommend finishing it within 3 days as our products don’t have any nasty preservatives.
