Steps
 
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.

  2. Chop apples, simmer with 1 Tbsp maple syrup, ½ cup water, cinnamon and nutmeg until soft.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix oats, protein and 2 Tbsp maple syrup.

  4. Divide apples and crumble into 4 oven-safe dishes, pour ⅓ cup water over each, sprinkle with sea salt.

  5. Bake for 20-25 mins until crispy. Cool, add toppings & enjoy!
