Monster Protein Cookie Cups

Bake up a batch of Monster Protein Cookie Cup..gooey, chewy, and made with our Spooky S’mores Cookie Baking Mix! 🍫🔥 These devilishly good bites are the ultimate Halloween treat to satisfy every little monster’s sweet tooth. 👻🧁

Steps 

1. To make the cookie cups, firstly combine the cookie mix with cocoa powder and milk to form a dough

2. Shape the dough into 9-10 equal balls, and press down inside a cupcake tray, forming a cup shape

3. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180C

4. Once baked, use a spoon to flatten the centre of the cups

5. To make the frosting, combine the yogurt, protein powder and green food colouring

6. When the cookie cups have cooled, pipe on the yogurt frosting inside the cookie cups

7. Add some green sprinkles and googly eyes and you now have your spooky monster protein cookie cups!
