| 1 tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1.75 cups | Milk of choice |
| 1 | Carrot, Peeled and Grated |
| Cream Cheese Frosting (or just top with your fav yoghurt) | |

Steps

To a baking dish add the bananas and mash, then add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. β

Bake at 180Β°C for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and set. Let it cool before frosting.β

For the frosting, combine all the ingredients and mix until smooth. If needed, slightly warm the cream cheese so it beats easier. Spread over the baked oats and top with shredded coconut or crushed walnuts. Alternatively just top with some yoghurt of choice.β

For meal prep reheat the next day in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. Enjoy!
