| 1 cup | Shredded Coconut |
| 1/2 cup | Macro Mike White Choc-Malt Easter Egg Almond Protein |
| 1/4 cup | Maple Syrup |
| 2 tbsp | Canned Coconut Milk or Yoghurt |
| 80g | Chocolate |

In a blender or food processor (or just a mixing bowl), combineโ all the ingredients except the chocolate.โ

Lightly wet your hands and form small egg shapes with theโ dough. Place them on a lined tray and pop in the freezer to firmโ up.โ

Melt your chocolate (add a tsp of coconut oil if you want itโ smoother). Moving quickly, use two forks to dip each egg intoโ the melted chocolate until coated.โ
