The perfect snack to give you a boost of energy! They are ridiculously easy to make and are packed full of protein using our Salted Caramel Peanut Brittle Macro Shake! HECK YESSS!!
Steps

For the cookie dough: stir together the cashew butter, syrup and vanilla till smooth. Add in the oat flour, ground almonds, protein powder and salt and stir to a sticky mix (it may seem dry at first but keep attiring, or add 1 tbsp more cashew butter). Fold in the chocolate chips.

Use a spoon to scoop the dough and roll into balls (regular sized balls are about 25g, but you can make them smaller or larger).

Eat straight away or keep in a sealed container for up to 1 week. You can also freeze them for 1 month and allow to defrost for 1-2 hours before eating.
