Mix the chocolate protein spread (powder form) with hot water to create a thick chocolate spread.

Spread the chocolate spread on each piece of bread, create 2 sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into 4 pieces.

Prepare the French toast custard by mixing the egg, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon and sweetener until no clumps remain
Dip each piece into the custard mixture, cook on medium heat until golden on both sides.
- Dip each piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture (while hot) and serve with extra protein spread (optional)
