If you're looking for a sweet treat, but don't have much time, then you need to try this!🌈😍
Steps
- Add yogurt to a bowl
- Mix in the protein powder.
- Line a small baking tray or dish with baking paper.
- Pour the yogurt + protein mixture onto the tray. Use a spoon or spatula to spread it out evenly (about 1cm thick).
- Sprinkle 25g of Kellogg’s Froot Loops cereal evenly over the top.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
- Once frozen solid, break the bark into snack-sized pieces. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Mix, freeze, break & enjoy! Perfect for post-workout or just a nostalgic treat with a Macro Mike twist!
