| 7g | Hot Water |
| 1/2 tsp | Soy Yoghurt (use any yoghurt) |

Preheat over for 180 degrees Celsius.

Blend: Add all the Base ingredients into a blender and blitz until you have a smooth batter.

Make the Lava: In a small bowl, mix the cocoa powder, sweetener, and hot water until smooth. Then, stir in the yogurt to make it creamy.

Assemble: Pour half of your oat batter into a greased baking dish/ramekin.

Fill: Spoon the Lava Filling gently into the center. Pour the remaining oat batter over the top to cover it.

Decorate: Place your cute gingerbread men on top!
