Steps
  1. Preheat over for 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. Blend: Add all the Base ingredients into a blender and blitz until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Make the Lava: In a small bowl, mix the cocoa powder, sweetener, and hot water until smooth. Then, stir in the yogurt to make it creamy.
  4. Assemble: Pour half of your oat batter into a greased baking dish/ramekin.
  5. Fill: Spoon the Lava Filling gently into the center. Pour the remaining oat batter over the top to cover it.
  6. Decorate: Place your cute gingerbread men on top!
  7. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool slightly before eating so you don’t burn your tongue on the lava! 💖 Enjoy!
