Steps
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (except the melted choc).

  2. Roll the tablespoon sized balls to make 10.
  3. Place on baking paper and drizzle with melted chocolate, and with lollies.
  4. Assemble: Pour half of your oat batter into a greased baking dish/ramekin.
  5. Keep chilled and enjoy!
