Steps

Mix together all of the ingredients for the base layer. Press into a loaf pan and bake at 170c for 10-12 mins mins

Meanwhile, melt together ingredients for caramel layer in a small pot. Simmer gently for 2-3 mins

Pour caramel over base layer and let it set in the fridge or freezer until hard - Once set, melt chocolate and pour over caramel layer. Sprinkle with chopped biscuits (optional). Return to fridge until set!
