| ยฝ cup | Macadamia Butter |
| ยผ cup | Coconut oil |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla extract |
| ยผ cup | Maple Syrup |
| 1 | Pinch of salt |
| Choc Layer | |
| 150g | Chocolate Melts |

Steps

Mix together all of the ingredients for the base layer. Press into a loaf pan and bake at 170c for 10-12 mins mins โ

Meanwhile, melt together ingredients for caramel layer in a small pot. Simmer gently for 2-3 mins โ

Pour caramel over base layer and let it set in the fridge or freezer until hard - Once set, melt chocolate and pour over caramel layer. Sprinkle with chopped biscuits (optional). Return to fridge until set!โ
