Steps

Soak cashews & dates in boiling water for 10 mins, then drain.β

Blend base ingredients until smooth, press into a lined container, and freeze.β

Blend middle layer until smooth, spread over base, and freeze again.β

Mix pre-workout & gelatine (or agar agar) in Β½ cup hot water until dissolved. Add Β½ cup room temp water, mix, and let cool.β

After 2+ hours, pour over slice and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy! β
