Steps
  1. Soak cashews & dates in boiling water for 10 mins, then drain.โ 

  2. Blend base ingredients until smooth, press into a lined container, and freeze.โ 

  3. Blend middle layer until smooth, spread over base, and freeze again.โ 

  4. Mix pre-workout & gelatine (or agar agar) in ยฝ cup hot water until dissolved. Add ยฝ cup room temp water, mix, and let cool.โ 

  5. After 2+ hours, pour over slice and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy! โ
