Steps

Soak cashews & dates in boiling water for 10 mins, then drain.

Blend base ingredients until smooth, press into a lined container, and freeze.

Blend middle layer until smooth, spread over base, and freeze again.

Mix pre-workout & gelatine (or agar agar) in ½ cup hot water until dissolved. Add ½ cup room temp water, mix, and let cool.

After 2+ hours, pour over slice and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
