1 cupDates, Soaked
1 cupCashews, Soaked
1 tbspLemon Juice
 Pinch Salt
Middle Layer
1 cupCashews
1 cupDesiccated Coconut
100gLight Coconut Cream
3 tbspRice Malt Syrup
 Zest & Juice of a lemon
Top Layer
2 tbspMacro Mike Grape Protein Water
3 tbspGelatin
½ cupHot Water
½ cupRoom Temp Water

Steps

  1. Soak cashews & dates in boiling water for 10 mins, then drain.⁠

  2. Blend base ingredients until smooth, press into a lined container, and freeze.⁠

  3. Blend middle layer until smooth, spread over base, and freeze again.⁠

  4. Mix pre-workout & gelatine (or agar agar) in ½ cup hot water until dissolved. Add ½ cup room temp water, mix, and let cool.⁠

  5. After 2+ hours, pour over slice and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy! ⁠
