Are your products plant based and allergen friendly?
Yes! All of our products are 100% plant-based, gluten-free, and dairy-free. We proudly use only natural ingredients, making them suitable for a range of dietary needs.
Some products contain nuts or be processed in facilities that handle nuts, so we always recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page for specific allergen information.
What allergens are in your products?
The entire Macro Mike range and our Production facility are both entirely Gluten and Dairy free. To find out more about our allergy policy click the link here.
How much sugar is in your products?
Most of our products are all low in sugar and naturally sweetened using ingredients like Monk Fruit, Thaumatin and Stevia instead of refined sugars. The exact sugar content varies between products, so we recommend checking the nutritional panel on each product page for detailed information.

Do your products contain any GMOs or artificial ingredients?
All our products are Non-GMO and contain only 100% natural ingredients. We don’t use any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Where are your products produced?
The majority of our range is made right here on the Gold Coast, Australia. We also outsource some of our ready to eat snacks like bars and balls to our preferred manufacturing partners in Melbourne.
We’ve got a passionate and talented team who have perfectly crafted the art of making the best tasting plant protein and healthy snacks in the universe. We have strict HACCP international food safety standards and vigorous quality control programmes to maintain our high quality of products and exceptional taste.
How long is the shelf life on your products?
Generally, all our products have 9-18 month shelf life from purchase. Very occasionally products may be shorter dated if we are discontinuing a range or transitioning to new and updated branding or packaging or items are in a sale.
Are your products Keto Friendly?
All our products are ‘Macro Friendly’ which means nutritionally balanced. Some are very low in carbohydrates and may be Keto Friendly but as with all specific diets like ‘Keto’ we recommend speaking to your health care practitioner or dietician to see if they’re right for your individual needs.
Are your products Fodmap Friendly?
All our products are ‘Gut Friendly’ which means we choose ingredients with healthy guts in mind. We use gut friendly ingredients in all our products. However, as with all specific diets like ‘Fodmap’, we recommend speaking to your health care practitioner or dietician to see if they’re right for your individual needs.

Can I pick up my order?
We currently don’t offer click & collect or in-person pickup, all orders are shipped directly to your provided address. If you’d like to shop in person, Macro Mike products are available in over 800 Coles stores nationwide, as well as in many major health food and supplement retailers.

Yep! We have sample packs and a Hero Box where you can try the entire range before committing to a full size bag.

Are your products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?
The vast majority of our range falls under the category ‘Protein fortified foods’. Our protein powders, baking mixes, ready to eat snacks, and nut butters are all safe to consume during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
We recommend you speak with your doctor or health care practitioner before consuming the goodies from our sports supplements range. Our products are all natural, plant based, and contain no artificial ingredients or nasties, but it’s better to make sure it’s right for you.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes! Many of our products are safe and loved by kids, including our Almond & Peanut Protein Powders, Baking Mixes, Protein Bars, Protein Puddings, and Powdered Peanut Butters.
We recommend checking ingredient lists carefully to ensure there are no allergens that could affect your child. Please note our products are made on equipment that also processes tree nuts and soy.
Our Performance Range, Macro Shake Meal Replacement, Hot Chocolate, and Protein Water are not suitable for children under 15 years, as they’re classified as Formulated Supplementary Sports Foods.
Are Macro Mike products banned substance tested?
Here at Macro Mike, we only use ingredients from suppliers that are rigorously tested for everything from banned substances to heavy metals. We manufacture exclusively with ingredients that meet our strict quality and safety standards to keep our customers and athletes safe.
We also work with Australia’s leading banned substance testing organisation, HASTA™, to randomly batch test products. We now have a range of HASTA™ certified products, meaning every single batch is banned substance tested for our elite athlete customers.

What if the product I want is out of stock?
There is a super handy button located on the individual product pages where you would click add to cart which says ‘Notify when back in stock’.
This is the best way to keep in the loop so as soon as it’s back you can grab it before it sells out again.
Do you have Afterpay or Lay Buy?
We have Afterpay in Australia and we have Lay Buy in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, so you can pay off your orders over time interest free and receive your goodies right away.

Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! All orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Queensland, Australia.
How long will my order take?
For Domestic Orders, we will attempt to dispatch your goods via Australia Post OR Star Track within 1-2 working days; however on the very rare occasion that goods are unavailable or items run out of stock you will be updated and delivery may take a little longer. In normal circumstances please expect delivery to take between 1-5 business days (depending on your location).

How does Shipping Protection work?
While we pack your goodies with the utmost care, the journey to you is handled by the carrier, and on rare occasions parcels can be delayed, mishandled, or go missing. To give you peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection at checkout. This is not an insurance product. It is a fast track resolution service that helps you receive a quick replacement or store credit if your order is damaged or lost in transit.
With Shipping Protection, if your parcel arrives damaged, please provide clear photo evidence of the packaging and affected items; once reviewed, we will fast track a replacement of the damaged items or issue store credit. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will promptly assess and move ahead with a replacement or store credit without waiting for the carrier investigation to conclude.
Without Shipping Protection, if your parcel appears lost, we will open a case with Australia Post first and await the outcome of their investigation before proceeding. For damaged parcels, standard carrier claims processes and timelines will apply.
- Shipping Protection covers transit-related loss or damage only and does not cover theft after delivery or address errors provided at checkout.
- Resolutions may be provided as a like for like replacement or store credit, subject to stock availability. Claims must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our full policy.
