Base
1 CupFrozen Blueberries
1 TspFlour
1 TspNatvia or Sugar
Crisp
1 TbspMelted Butter, use Nuttelex for DF option
1 TbspBrown Natvia or Brown Sugar
15gPlain Flour
5gMacro Mike Salted Caramel Almond Protein
10gRolled Oats

If you love Blueberry Crisp then you need to try this healthier version! Loaded with delicious blueberries and jam packed with protein! This is the perfect Autumn dessert!

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180•C

  2. Dust berries with flour and sugar.

  3. Divide between 2 small ramekins.

  4. Melt your butter, add in remaining ingredients to make a crumbled dough. Lightly sprinkle over the top.

  5. Bake for 15-20 mins. Let cool for a few mins . Then Sift over icing sugar (I used sugar free) and optionally serve with cream or ice cream! Enjoy!
