The perfect sweet protein packed treat! Using our NEW Nutri-Grain Inspired Almond Protein for that added protein hit!πͺ These no bake donuts are super easy to make and taste insane!π₯π€€
Steps

Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor (apart from your Nutri-Grain cereal) until the mixture comes together to form a soft dough.

If the mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon of almond milk. You should be able to shape the mix with your hands easily.

Add your Nutri-Grain cereal and pulse briefly just so they become smaller chopped pieces of cereal throughout the mix.

Transfer the dough into your silicone donut mould and place it in the fridge or freezer to set for 2 hours.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside. Melt your chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, until fully melted.

One by one, drop your donut into the chocolate mix and transfer them to your lined baking tray, using a fork and a spoon to lift the donuts out of the bowl.

Before the chocolate sets, immediately top with your leftover crushed Nutri-Grain cereal. Repeat the process until all the donuts are fully coated.Β
- Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
