Ingredients
250gMacro Mike Choc Chip Protein Pancake Mix
1/4 CupPlain Flour (Sub GF)
1/2 TspBaking Soda
1 TspBaking Powder
1 TbspSugar or Granulated Sweetener
1 1/2 CupsAlmond Milk
2Eggs (Or Vegan Sub)
1/4 CupButter, melted (Sub Dairy Free)
1 TspVanilla
1/2 CupDairy Free Choc Chips

Level up your pancakes with this pancake slice recipe! It's packed with protein and can be made gluten and dairy free!


Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and line a slice tin with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine the baking mix, flour, baking soda, baking powder and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla. Pour this into the dry mix and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into the lined tin and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Remove from the tin and pour over whatever topping you wish. Slice up and enjoy warm
