Steps
  1. Make the oats: In a bowl, mix oats, protein powder, powdered PB, chia seeds, yogurt, maple syrup, and almond milk. Stir well until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.⁠
  2. Make the jam: In a small saucepan, add frozen berries, water, and sweetener. Simmer on medium heat for 8–10 minutes, mashing berries as they soften. Let it thicken and cool completely.⁠
  3. Assemble in glasses:⁠
        •    Layer 1: protein oats⁠
        •    Layer 2: homemade berry jam⁠
        •    Layer 3: more oats⁠
        •    Top with: jam, peanut butter drizzle, sprinkle of peanuts
  4. Store in fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy!
