Start the morning off right with some meal prepped breakfast!🥞 These PB&J Overnight Oats are seriously YUM and so easy to make!🥵🔥
Steps

Make the oats: In a bowl, mix oats, protein powder, powdered PB, chia seeds, yogurt, maple syrup, and almond milk. Stir well until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Make the jam: In a small saucepan, add frozen berries, water, and sweetener. Simmer on medium heat for 8–10 minutes, mashing berries as they soften. Let it thicken and cool completely.

Assemble in glasses:
• Layer 1: protein oats
• Layer 2: homemade berry jam
• Layer 3: more oats
• Top with: jam, peanut butter drizzle, sprinkle of peanuts
- Store in fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy!
