Steps

Combine all base ingredients in a bowl, then spread evenly in a small container.

Place a small saucepan on medium heat. Add sugar, honey, maple syrup and water and bring to the boil. Boil for 10 minutes or until mix is foaming and golden.

Remove from heat. Add butter and baking soda and combine. Add peanuts and stir.

Spread peanut brittle mix on top of the base.

Freeze for 1 hour before cutting into 12. Best kept stored in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat.
