Preheat oven to 180C and lightly grease a small baking dish.

In a large bowl combine the flour, protein, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl combine the milk, oil and vanilla. Add the wet to the dry and mix until just combined. Pour batter into the dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the cocoa and sugar. Sprinkle this over the pudding. Now pour over the boiling water (pour over the back of a spoon).
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges look set and the middle looks cakey. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes then scoop into bowls and serve warm with ice cream. Enjoy!
