100gPeanut Butter
60-70mlWarm Water
1 tbspHoney
30gMacro Mike Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein⁠
80gChocolate, Melted

This is the perfect sweet treat to keep in the fridge when you’re craving something sweet!😏⁠


Steps

  1. Mix 100g peanut butter with 60-70ml warm water until it’s runnier, stir in 1 tbs of honey and 30g of protein powder until combined. ⁠

  2. Remove the pit from the dates. Lay them out on a lined tray and squish them together a little.

  3. Spread over your peanut butter and melted chocolate. ⁠

  4. Garnish with sea salt and freeze or refrigerate for few hours until set. 

  5. Cut into 20 bite-sized pieces.
