Steps
  1. Blitz cookies in a blender until they resemble fine crumbs.

  2. Stir through the remaining ingredients until well coated.

  3. Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls and then roll through the 1/2 coconut to coat.

 

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
