Good news: they're none of those things. Amino acids are simply the building blocks of protein, and that table is just a breakdown of what's already inside every scoop.

Think of protein like a necklace made of beads, and each bead is an amino acid. Here's the thing though: most single plant proteins are a little light on one or two essential aminos. Pea protein, for example, tends to be a bit low in Methionine. That's exactly why we don't just use one plant source. One thing worth clarifying: this table is specifically about amino acids, not vitamins or minerals. If you're after info on things like Vitamin B, iron, or magnesium, that's a separate section of the nutritional panel (when a product includes it), so don't go looking for it in the amino acid table itself.
