To celebrate our 8th Birthday we had to re-share this insane Birthday Cake recipe! It's gluten & dairy free so everyone can enjoy the festivities!🥳
Steps

Add all ingredients, except sprinkles, to a blender and blend until smooth. Fold through sprinkles.

Pour into a greased cake tin and bake at 180°c for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

Allow to cool before frosting.
