Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls

Steps
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180c⁠
  2. Mix all the cinnamon roll ingredients in a medium bowl, once well combined, knead for 1-3 minutes⁠
  3. Cover the dough and let rest for 5-10 minutes⁠
  4. Roll out into a large rectangle and spread the cinnamon sugar filling evenly over the dough⁠
  5. Cut into 7-8 strips and roll out into cinnamon rolls, flatten slightly⁠
  6. Bake for 22-25 mins⁠
  7. Top with the peanut drizzle/frosting and extra chopped peanuts (optional)⁠
  8. Let cool for 5-10 minutes
