80gRunny peanut butter
60gYoghurt
4 tbsHoney or Maple Syrup ⁠
30gAlmond Meal
30-40gVanilla Buttercream Premium Almond Protein⁠
Homemade Caramilk Choc:⁠
60gLow Sugar White Choc or Vegan White Choc⁠
20gBiscoff Spread⁠

⁠A delicious, soft and creamy PB centre infused with our Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein for a protein hit coated in a decadent, smooth vegan caramylk choc!

Steps

  1. Mix together peanut butter, syrup & coconut milk or yoghurt. Once combined add almond meal and protein. Mix to form a dough, vegan protein absorbs more liquid).⁠
  2. Roll into small balls, smaller are easier to coat. Freeze for 20 mins.⁠
  3. Melt your white chocolate and biscoff together for 30 seconds and then 15 second intervals until runny, be careful not to burn.⁠
  4. Roll the balls in the caramilk style choc mix and set on baking paper. Place back in the fridge to set & enjoy.⁠
