  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, and cocoa powder.⁠

  2. Mix together until a soft, cookie dough-like consistency forms. If it’s too dry, add a touch more maple syrup.⁠

  3. Roll the mixture into 4 large balls, (or 10 small ones)⁠.

  4. Dip each ball in your melted chocolate and then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  5. Enjoy straight from the fridge for a fudgy, minty protein hit! ⁠
