These protein-boosted scrolls are soft, fluffy, and rolled with the perfect hit of cinnamon sugar!
Steps

Preheat oven to 180 & combine the flour, cottage cheese and honey together to form a dough.

Roll it out flat then mix together the filling ingredients and brush it over the dough.

Roll it up it up and cut into around 8 scrolls.

Pop them into the oven for around 10-15 minutes.
- Once cooled mix together the yoghurt and protein powder and lather over the top and enjoy!
