1 cupSelf Raising Flour
1 cupCottage Cheese
2 heaped tspHoney or Maple Syrup
Filling
2-3 tspCoconut Oil, Melted
2 tspCinnamon
2 tspMonk Fruit Sugar
Frosting
150g Yoghurt
1 scoopMacro Mike Cinnamon Churros Luxe Almond Protein (mix with water to form a mousse texture)

⁠These protein-boosted scrolls are soft, fluffy, and rolled with the perfect hit of cinnamon sugar! 

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180 & combine the flour, cottage cheese and honey together to form a dough. ⁠

  2. Roll it out flat then mix together the filling ingredients and brush it over the dough. ⁠

  3. Roll it up it up and cut into around 8 scrolls. ⁠

  4. Pop them into the oven for around 10-15 minutes.Β 

  5. Once cooled mix together the yoghurt and protein powder and lather over the top and enjoy!
