This No-Bake Strawberry Tart is creamy, dreamy, and ready in minutes! Packed with protein, easy to make and absolutely delicious! 🤤🍓🙌🏻
Steps

Pre soak dates and cashews in hot water for at least 10 minutes.

In a food processor combine all base ingredients besides date water.

Add date water slowly just enough to make it mould together, around 2 tbsp.

Scoop out mixture onto a lined baking tin and use a spatula to spread evenly. Place in freezer to set.
- Place all strawberry filling ingredients and blend again until smooth thick shake consistency.
- Using a spatula spread filling on top of base until all base is covered.
- Pop back into freezer for an hour before leaving it in the fridge for another hour or more before slicing. Enjoy!
