1 cupHazelnut Meal
1/2 cupToasted Hazelnuts
1/4 cupCacao
1 tspVanilla Extract
1 cupMedjool Dates, Soaked
 Pinch of Salt
2 tbspDate Water
Strawberry Filling
1 cupStrawberries
2 xFreeze Dried Strawberries
1 cupSoaked Cashews
1/4 cupMaple Syrup
1/4 cupMacro Mike Strawberry Thickshake Almond Protein Powder

This No-Bake Strawberry Tart is creamy, dreamy, and ready in minutes! Packed with protein, easy to make and absolutely delicious! πŸ€€πŸ“πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Β Steps

  1. Pre soak dates and cashews in hot water for at least 10 minutes.

  2. In a food processor combine all base ingredients besides date water. ⁠

  3. Add date water slowly just enough to make it mould together, around 2 tbsp.

  4. Scoop out mixture onto a lined baking tin and use a spatula to spread evenly. Place in freezer to set.

  5. Place all strawberry filling ingredients and blend again until smooth thick shake consistency.Β 
  6. Using a spatula spread filling on top of base until all base is covered.
  7. Pop back into freezer for an hour before leaving it in the fridge for another hour or more before slicing. Enjoy! ⁠
