| 1/2 cup | Coconut flour |
| 80g | Macro Mike Hawaiian Salted Vanilla Protein Powder |
| 1/2 cup | Granular sweetener |
| 2 tsp | Baking powder |

| 2 | Flax eggs |
| 1 cup | Apple puree |
| 1 tbsp | Coconut oil, melted |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla extract |
| 1 cup | Mixed berries, thawed if frozen |
- Preheat Oven to 180° Celsius and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- Sift all dry ingredients together.
- In a second bowl, mix all wet ingredients until well combined.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients together, then fold through the mixed berries.
- Place in to the loaf tin and bake for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
- Delicious toasted in a sandwich press and topped with nut butter!
