70mlHigh Protein Milk or Plant Based Milk
35gAll Purpose Flour
25gMacro Mike Deluxe Chocolate Premium Almond Protein
5gCocoa Powder
5gZero Calorie Granulated Sweetener
1/2 tspBaking Powder
12gSugar Free Chocolate or Dark Chocolate
Optional Chocolate Topping
1/2 tbspSugar Free Maple Syrup
1 tspCocoa Powder
1/2 tbsp Milk

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180c or 356 F.⁠⁠
  2. Add each ingredient into each oven safe glass bowl and mix well (can make as many bowls as you like).⁠
  3. Chop your chocolate into small chunks and sprinkle on top.⁠⁠
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.⁠
  5.  Serve with the optional chocolate sauce or sugar free maple syrup. Enjoy!
