Steps
  1. Make the brownies as per packet instructions. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan forced). Let them cool completely before topping.
  2. In a separate bowl, make the crunch topping. Combine the cornflakes (or soy crisps), pistachio spread, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
  4. Spread the pistachio crunch mixture evenly over the cooled brownies.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the top and smooth it out.
  6. Place in the fridge to set. Once firm, slice, serve and enjoy!
