| 70g | Cornflakes or Soy Protein Crisps | 
| 60g | Pistachio Spread |

| 100g | Chocolate, Melted |

Steps
- 
Make the brownies as per packet instructions. 
 Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan forced). Let them cool completely before topping.
- 
In a separate bowl, make the crunch topping. Combine the cornflakes (or soy crisps), pistachio spread, and a pinch of salt. 
- 
Mix well to coat everything evenly. 
- 
Spread the pistachio crunch mixture evenly over the cooled brownies. 
- Pour the melted chocolate over the top and smooth it out.
- Place in the fridge to set. Once firm, slice, serve and enjoy!
