Ingredients

1 ½ CupsOat Flour
⅓ CupWhite Choc Malt Easter Egg Almond Protein
¼ CupMaple Syrup
¼ CupAlmond Butter
⅓ CupCoconut Yoghurt
100gDark Chocolate, melted

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together until combined. mixture should be thick and not overly sticky

  2. Roll 1 heaped tbsp of mixture in an even ball until all mixture has been on baking paper.

  3. Drizzle melted chocolate over the balls like a cross just like hot cross buns

  4. Place in the fridge to set chocolate
