| 50g | Shredded Coconut |
| 40g | Coconut Yoghurt |
| 1 tbsp | Macro Mike Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein Powder |
| Melted Chocolate, for dipping | |
- Mix the shredded coconut, coconut yoghurt and protein powder together in a bowl to make the filling.Β
- Cut your dates open, remove seeds.
- Add a small amount of bounty mixture to each date.Β
- Dip each date into melted chocolate.Β
- Set in fridge or freezer to set. Enjoy!Β
