| 125g | All Purpose Flour |
| 1/2 Cup | Macro Mike Deluxe Chocolate Almond Protein |
| 90g | Brown Sugar |
| 25g | Cocoa Powder |
| 1 tsp | Baking Powder |
| Pinch of Salt | |
| 225ml | Unsweetened Almond Milk |
| 50g | Coconut Oil, Melted |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
| OPTIONAL: | |
| 25g | Cocoa Powder |
| 90g | Brown Sugar |
| 1 + 1/4 cups | Boiling Water |

Preheat oven to 180ยฐC and grease a small baking dish.

Combine the flour, protein, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Mix the milk, oil and vanilla separately, then add to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Pour into the dish. Mix the cocoa and sugar for the topping and sprinkle over the batter, then pour the boiling water on top (over the back of a spoon).

Bake for 45 minutes until the edges are set and the middle is cakey. Rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm with ice cream
