| 2 tbsp | Chia Seeds |
| 1 cup | Coconut Water |
| 1 x | Banana, Sliced |
| 2 tbsp | Maple Syrup |
| 1.5 cups | Coconut Yoghurt |
| 1 scoop | Macro Mike x Streets Banana Paddle Pop Almond Protein |
| 2 tbsp | Roughly Chopped Peanuts |

Mix the chia seeds and coconut water together and leave to sit for an hour.

Heat 1 tbsp of maple syrup in a pan until its starts to bubble (careful not to burn it), add the banana and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Mix the coconut yoghurt and protein powder together until well combined.
- Dividing between 2 glasses, add the banana to the bottom of each glass. Add a layer of yoghurt, then a layer of chia seeds and repeat so there is 2 layers of each.
- Top with the remaining tablespoon of maple syrup between the 2 serves and sprinkle with peanuts.
