Steps

Mix protein powder, peanut butter, salt, matcha, maple syrup and 1/2 tbsp milk at a time, into a bowl and mix well. add more milk if too dry. Mix until a thick sticky mixture that resembles dough forms.

Roll into 12 balls and freeze for 20 mins.

Melt your choc with the coconut oil, add the matcha powder and protein crispies and mix well.

Dip each protein ball into the chocolate mixture, and freeze for 1 hour or until fully set. Store in the fridge for a softer texture or in the freezer for a firmer texture & enjoy!
