Steps
  1. Add the water, pre-workout and optional food colouring to a saucepan and bring to the boil. โ 

  2. Once boiling stir in the agar agar powder 1 tbsp at a time until dissolved.ย 
  3. Remove from the heat and use a dropper to dispense liquid into gummy moulds. Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes or until set.
  4. Pop out of the moulds and enjoy!!โœจ๐Ÿญโ .โ
