| 60g | Natural High Protein Greek Yoghurt (coconut for DF) |

| 40g | Rolled Oats |
| 1 cup | Frozen Raspberries |
| 100g | Water |
| 35ml | Sugar-free Maple Syrup |
| 2 tsp | Flaxseed Meal |
| 1 tsp | Chia Seeds |
| 1.5 tbsp | Natural Granulated Sweetener |
| 1 tsp | Baking Powder |

Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Blend the oats, yogurt, water, sweetener, egg, flaxseed meal, baking powder and protein powder for 1 minute or until smooth. โ

Leave to rest for 1 min before baking for 25 minutes.โ

ย Meanwhile, put the the berries and chia seeds into a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 4 minutes before mashing together until it becomes a thick jam consistency.
- Top the pancake bowl with the berries and maple syrup. โ If meal prepping, microwave for 40 seconds before eating.โ Enjoy!
