Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  2. Blend the oats, yogurt, water, sweetener, egg, flaxseed meal, baking powder and protein powder for 1 minute or until smooth. โ 

  3. Leave to rest for 1 min before baking for 25 minutes.โ 

  4. ย Meanwhile, put the the berries and chia seeds into a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 4 minutes before mashing together until it becomes a thick jam consistency.

  5. Top the pancake bowl with the berries and maple syrup. โ If meal prepping, microwave for 40 seconds before eating.โ  Enjoy!
