60gNatural High Protein Greek Yoghurt (coconut for DF)
1Egg (or vegan sub)
40gRolled Oats
1 cupFrozen Raspberries
100gWater
35mlSugar-free Maple Syrup
2 tspFlaxseed Meal
1 tspChia Seeds
1.5 tbspNatural Granulated Sweetener
1 tspBaking Powder

These protein pancake bowls are SO easy to make and taste next level!πŸ₯΅πŸ”₯ All you need is 5 minutes to prep these high protein bowls!Β 

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  2. Blend the oats, yogurt, water, sweetener, egg, flaxseed meal, baking powder and protein powder for 1 minute or until smooth. ⁠

  3. Leave to rest for 1 min before baking for 25 minutes.⁠

  4. Β Meanwhile, put the the berries and chia seeds into a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 4 minutes before mashing together until it becomes a thick jam consistency.

  5. Top the pancake bowl with the berries and maple syrup. ⁠If meal prepping, microwave for 40 seconds before eating.⁠ Enjoy!
