Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Blend the oats, yogurt, water, sweetener, egg, flaxseed meal, baking powder and protein powder for 1 minute or until smooth. β

Leave to rest for 1 min before baking for 25 minutes.β

Β Meanwhile, put the the berries and chia seeds into a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 4 minutes before mashing together until it becomes a thick jam consistency.
- Top the pancake bowl with the berries and maple syrup. β If meal prepping, microwave for 40 seconds before eating.β Enjoy!
